Heavy-material loads are priced separately from our standard dumpster rentals. Call or text us with the material you're disposing of to confirm current flat-rate pricing and the correct dumpster. Heavy material always goes in a dedicated 10 yard bin so the load stays within legal road weight limits.
Heavy materials include clean concrete, dirt, asphalt, brick, block, gravel, rock, stone and soil. Flat-rate pricing applies to qualifying clean loads — a single load of one material with no wood, drywall, trash or other debris mixed in. Mixed loads tip at a higher rate at the transfer station and are priced differently, so we quote them by material and volume before delivery.

Dry run
If we arrive and the bin can't be delivered or picked up (blocked access, vehicles in the way, an overloaded bin), a trip charge applies. Quoted before it's billed.
Moves / relocations
Repositioning a bin after it's been set requires a truck and driver, so it's billed as a separate trip. Ask when you book if you may need it.
Special materials
Mattresses, appliances with refrigerant, tires, and similar items carry a facility-specific handling fee. Tell us up front and we'll price it before delivery.
Prohibited items
Paint, oil, chemicals, batteries, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical waste can't go in the bin. If they show up in a load, the disposal facility charges us and that cost is passed through.
