By accessing or using the Heverly & Sons Dumpster Rentals website at https://sandiegodumpsterrentalsnow.com, requesting a quote, or renting a dumpster from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Heverly & Sons, LLC provides roll-off dumpster rentals and related waste disposal services in San Diego County, California. All rentals are subject to availability, local regulations, and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location or customer for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Quotes provided by phone, email, or through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and depends on dumpster size, rental duration, delivery location, type of debris, and disposal weight. Additional charges may apply for overage weight, extended rental periods, prohibited items, damage to the container, or failed delivery/pickup attempts caused by inaccurate information.

Our standard rental period is 7 days unless otherwise agreed. You must contact us to schedule pickup when you are finished loading. If the dumpster is overfilled above the top rail, contains prohibited materials, or is blocked at pickup, we may not be able to haul it until the issue is corrected, which may result in additional fees.

The following items are not allowed in our dumpsters unless specifically approved in writing: hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, solvents, oils, fuels, asbestos, batteries, tires, refrigerants, explosives, medical waste, and any material restricted by local, state, or federal law. Customers are responsible for any fines, penalties, or cleanup costs resulting from prohibited materials.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits when a dumpster is placed on public property, such as a street or sidewalk. Driveway and private-property placements generally do not require a permit. We will place the dumpster at the location you designate, but we are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, curbs, or underground structures if placement occurs at your direction.

Payment is due as agreed at booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated during the rental process. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed rental amount plus any applicable additional charges, such as overweight fees or extended rental fees.

Heverly & Sons, LLC sends text message updates and responses to Dumpster Rental customers about pricing and products offered at https://sandiegodumpsterrentalsnow.com. When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heverly & Sons, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your rental will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heverly & Sons, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your placement of prohibited or unauthorized materials in our dumpsters.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
