The San Diego Landfills & Transfer Stations We Actually Dump At
Most haulers won't tell you where your debris ends up or what they pay to tip it. We will. Below is every disposal site Heverly & Sons uses across San Diego County — address, phone, website, hours, public pricing, and exactly what each facility will and won't take. If you'd rather self-haul a small load, this list works for you too.

Public pricing

- • Clean, separated inert loads get the best price; contaminated loads are rejected or surcharged.
What they take
- • Broken concrete (clean, no rebar overload)
- • Red brick, block and masonry
- • Clean dirt and soil
- • Asphalt
- • Green waste
What they won't take
- • Household trash and mixed municipal waste
- • Drywall, wood, roofing and general C&D debris
- • Hazardous material, paint and liquids
- • Concrete mixed with trash, plastic or dirt fill
Why we use it: This is where South Bay concrete and dirt loads go. Keeping heavy inerts out of Miramar's $257/ton C&D line is the single biggest way we hold down your bill on a demo job.
How we pick a site for your load
Two things decide it: what's in the bin and where you are. Clean concrete, brick and dirt go to an inert yard like Amswede instead of a landfill C&D line — that alone can be the difference between $257/ton and a fraction of it. Green waste and untreated wood get separated and tipped at green/wood rates. Mixed household junk goes to the nearest transfer station or Miramar. We pass through what we actually pay at the scale house, and you can ask for the weight ticket on any load.
