Concrete Disposal • Valley Center

Concrete Dumpster
Valley Center.

Breaking up a driveway, patio, pool deck, or slab in Valley Center? Heverly & Sons drops a heavy-duty 10 yard concrete bin — the right (and only) size for a clean concrete-only load. Concrete-only loads recycle cheaper than mixed debris, and we route them straight to a crushing yard, not the landfill.

  • 10 yard concrete-only bins — the correct size for a full slab of concrete
  • Same-day drop across 92082
  • Concrete recycles at a lower rate — you pay less
  • Starting at $699 with a heavy per-load tonnage allowance
  • Rebar OK — we take it, just no dirt or wood mixed in
  • Straight to a crushing facility, not the dump

Why concrete goes in a 10 yard, not a 20 or 30

Concrete is heavy — about 4,000 lbs per cubic yard. A 20 or 30 yard bin filled with concrete would be far over legal road weight and the truck couldn't lift it. That's why we (and every hauler) require a 10 yard for a concrete-only load. Fill it to the top rails and no higher.

Clean vs mixed loads — the price difference

Clean concrete (concrete + rebar only) recycles at a crushing yard for a much lower per-ton rate than mixed C&D debris. If you throw a few 2x4s, tarps, plastic sheeting, or dirt in with the concrete, the whole load gets billed as mixed — sometimes 2-3x the disposal cost. Keep it clean and you keep the price low. If you need to dispose of both, order two bins.

Common Valley Center concrete jobs

Driveway removal in North Valley Center. Pool decks in South Valley Center. Slab break-outs for ADU foundations. Patio and walkway removal across 92082. A 10 yard holds roughly one 20x20 ft driveway broken into pieces, or about 500-600 sq ft of 4-inch slab.

FAQ

How much does a concrete dumpster cost in Valley Center?
Starts at $699 for a 10 yard concrete-only bin. Because concrete recycles cheaper, total cost is often very close to the base price — no surprise weight overages like mixed loads.
Can I put dirt in with the concrete?
No. Dirt contaminates the recycling load and it gets rebilled as mixed debris. Order a separate dirt bin if you have both — it's still cheaper than paying the mixed rate on everything.
Is rebar okay in the concrete bin?
Yes. The crushing yard magnets rebar out during processing. Just keep wood, plastic, and dirt out.
How much concrete fits in a 10 yard?
Roughly 500-600 sq ft of 4-inch slab, or about one 20x20 ft driveway broken into manageable pieces. If your job is bigger, we can rotate two bins.
