• Load flat, heavy items first, then fill gaps with lighter debris
• Break down furniture where possible to save space
• Keep the load level with the top rail
• Keep prohibited items — chemicals, tires, batteries — out entirely

Homeowner booking checklist

Run through this before you call and the whole booking takes about five minutes.

• Know the project type and rough scope (rooms, square footage, or truckloads)
• Decide whether the load is heavy material (concrete, dirt, brick) or general debris
• Measure driveway length — bins run 14 to 22 ft long and 8 ft wide
• Check overhead clearance for low branches, wires, and eaves
• Clear cars and obstacles from the drop spot before the delivery window
• Set aside prohibited items — paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, electronics
• Plan your loading order: flat and heavy first, lighter debris in the gaps
• Confirm your pickup date and who we should call when you're done

What happens at pickup

Once you're done loading, one call schedules pickup. We haul the bin away and, if there was any confusion about weight or material, we'll walk you through the disposal ticket.
